Crew Supported Rental Details

Every arch rental comes standard with the following services and features.

Services and Features Provided

• Delivered to the race site on race day.
• Complete set-up, monitoring, and take down by our staff. A few volunteers are always appreciated!
• Quiet Honda generator and fuel.
• Set-up a minimum of one hour prior to the event.
• Standard rental period is five hours.
• Stakes and weight bags supplied to hold arch firmly in place on pavement or soft surfaces.
• Use of your custom banner upon request.

Rental Requirements

• All rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• Final payment is due three days prior to the day of the event.
• Set-up area must be easily accessible, free of obstructions, and closed to vehicle traffic.
• Arches can only be used safely in wind speeds of 20 MPH or less. Rest assured, we will make every effort possible to set-up your arch in inclement weather.
